Beijing Chaoyang District Procuratorate Pilots Rules for the Exclusionary Rule

The Chaoyang District Procuratorate, along with the China University of Political Science and Law, recently started a "Pilot Project for the Exclusionary Rule." During the period of examination before prosecution, it can, according to a process specified by the project, exclude evidence that it believes was illegally seized such as torture.
