CHINESE LEGAL SCIENCE IN THE 40 YEARS OF REFORM AND OPENING UP
EDITORS NOTE

This year is 40th anniversary year of reform and opening up, in which Chinese legal
science has made important progress in different disciplines. This journal has specially
planned the Focus “Chinese Legal Science in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up,”
and invited experts in different disciplines to talk about the development process,
achievement and problems of this subject area. The Focus is planned to publish in two
issues of this journal. This issue will continue the same Focus.
The authors in this issue include Professor ZHANG Wenxian from China Law Society,
Professor WANG Liming from School of Law at Renmin University of China, Professor
BIAN Jianlin and Mr. XIE Shu from China University of Political Science and Law.
