CHINESE LEGAL SCIENCE IN THE 40 YEARS OF REFORM AND OPENING UP
EDITORS NOTE

This year is 40th anniversary year of reform and opening up, in which Chinese legal
science has made important progress in different disciplines. This journal has specially
planned the focus “Chinese Legal Science in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up,”
and invited experts in different disciplines to talk about the development process,
achievement and problems of this subject area. The focus is planned to publish in two
issues of this journal.
The experts of this issue include Professor HAN Dayuan from School of Law at
Renmin University of China; Professor MA Huaide from China University of Political
Science and Law, and Assistant Professor KONG Xiangwen from School of Law at
University of International Business and Economics; Professor ZHAO Bingzhi and
Professor YUAN Bin both from College for Criminal Law Science at Beijing Normal
University; Professor ZHU Jingwen from School of Law at Renmin University of China.
