Swedish Exchange Student Preaches Democracy in China and Gets Deported

Steven Englund, a Swedish exchange student at Fudan University, posted three open letters online during the period from April to June of this year, referring to Chinese officials as “a hindrance to social management.” He was deported on July 8.
