Foreigners with a Green Card Can Enjoy National Treatment

Currently, 25 departments including the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee jointly issued “The Measures on Treatment of Foreigners with Permanent Residence status.” The Measures stipulate that in principle foreigners who hold the Chinese ‘Green Card’ can enjoy the same rights as those of Chinese citizens and bear the same obligations.
The ‘Green Card’ holders don’t need to obtain an alien employment permit, and, if eligible, get priority in obtaining the Foreign Expert Certificate, Homecoming Expert Certificate...
