Jun 28, 2023 (China Knowledge) - Greetec (836208) to start trading on the Beijing Stock Exchange tomorrow Jun 29. The firm has issued 9.2 mln shares priced at RMB 34.75 per share, raising RMB 319.1 mln (USD 44.32 mln). Its price-to-earnings ratio (PE) stands at 16. During subscription, the IPO was 2,811 times oversubscribed.
China Securities acts as the lead underwriter and sponsor for the IPO.
