The ‘Three Guarantees’ for Vehicles Finally Reached to Customers

China National General Administration for Quality Supervision has officially released Rules on Responsibilities for Repair, Replacement and Refund of Family Vehicles on 15th of Jan, which will be enforced starting on first of October. The vehicle’s ‘Three Guarantees’ finally reached to customers.

The Rules also stipulate that customers can choose to replace or refund if it is within 60 days from the date when vehicle merchant give invoice or vehicle’s mileage under 3000 kilometers a under the following three circumstances: vehicles be repaired twice due to the serious security defects but not be fixed or another serious security fault appears, engine and transmission be replaced twice or the same one major...
