Hunan Province: 21 Petitioners Sent to Reeducation through Labor (RTL) Camps

On October 10, the Hunan Changsha Municipal RTL Committee sent 21 petitioners to RTL. The petitioners appealed in Beijing from August to September against their sentences, which ranged from one year to 18-months. Four were arrested.
