Hunan Xiangjun Law Firm wrote to Changsha Justice Bureau and Changsha Lawyers Association on 6 September that lawyer Cai Ying was informed by Yiyang City People's Procuratorate to report to the procuratorate for investigation on 30 July 2012 and on 1 August the relatives received verbal notification from Ruanjiang City People’s Procuratorate that Cai Ying was was under residential surveillance because of suspicion of crime of Bribe.
