Vice president Zhang of the Supreme People’s Court recently criticized that some unscrupulous lawyers disrupted the order of courtroom ,which resulted no one believed the court but only those lawyers’ nonsense” in a short-term training program at the National School of Judges
Zhang specifically referred to three incidents in which lawyers “disrupted the courtroom” in Beihai city, Guangxi, Jiangsu Changshu and Xiaohe District in Guiyang. And he further implied that the court can use Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Law, which deals with violation of the order of the courtroom to force them out of the courtroom
