Members of the Lawyers Team Were Attacked At Beihai City

On June 13, 2011, in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regions, four attorneys, namely Yang Zaixin, Luo Sifang, Liang Wucheng Liang , and Yang Zhonghan were detained by the Beihai City Public Security Bureau and charged with perjury based on Article 306 of the Criminal Law. These four attorneys were the attorneys who represented the four defendants in the widely known “11.17 Murder and Body Disposal Case” in 2009 in Beihai City. As of today, June 28, three attorneys had been bailed out, but had lost contact with the community, leaving Yang Xi Sun in custody.
