In the past, the “One Industry One Association” system created a monopoly situation for each industry association and each chamber of commerce leaving no competition pressure. Under the “One Industry Multiple Associations” system recently promoted by the Guangdong Province competition mechanism is introduced, thus arouses industry associations and chamber of commerce to upgrade their services’ quality and to succeed the duties shifted from the Government. In an attempt to guarantee the success of demonopolizaiton , the Guangdong Province has lowered the bar for the social organizations’ registration requirements, simplified the procedures, emphasized “broad registration” and focused in cultivating.
