Outstanding Complex Cases of Non-Enforcement Only 20% Resolved

According to the statistics of the Supreme People’s Court, since the CCP’s Political and Legal Affairs Committee (PLAC) and the SPC had undertaken to clear backlog cases in November 2008, up to February of 2009, 80 percent of the 310,000 cases of non-enforcement and 60 percent of 240,000 major cases have been closed.
