Shanghai Professor Accused of Being "Reactionary" by Students for Criticizing the Government in Class

On November 24, Yang Shiqun, a professor at the College of Humanities of East China University of Politics and Law, revealed on his blog that two female university students had reported his anti-government remarks in class to the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Shanghai Education Commission. As a result, the relevant departments placed his case on file for investigation.
