On September 9, Qinghua Law School graduate student, Li Yan, filed a complaint against the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing asking the Court to order these three ministries to disclose information concerning the primary duties and responsibilities of each of their deputy ministers. .
