Sanlu Bankruptcy Prevents Child Ridden with Gallstone from Receiving Compensation

Court proceedings in the first case of a pediatric patient with gallstones suing Sanlu for compensation have officially begun. Sanlu’s attorney submitted a ruling from Shijiazhuang Intermediate People’s Court to the judge. The ruling indicated that Sanlu has 0% repayment rate for the common creditors’ rights.
