According to reports, Beijing police put forth a tri-point game plan for dealing with intellectuals during the recent crackdown of Jasmine Revolution call in China. First, they stripped them down completely and then beat and kick them. During the second phase, they forced brainwashing and education upon the victims, by repeatedly showing the “Great Accomplishments” of the CCP’s history. In addition, the intellectuals were forced to sing “Without the Communist Party there would be no New China” and other laudatory songs. Thirdly, they were forced to sign and write notes that promised they would no longer participate in anti-CCP activities or author anti-CCP literature.
