Ma Xiaojun of Beijing Kangda Law Firm, who is also the former assistant of Li Zhuang, filed a lawsuit against the Chongqing City Public Security Bureau on February 7, suing them for unlawful restriction of his physical freedom during their anti-mafia campaign. Ma Xiaojun claimed that the Chonqing police put him under residential surveillance from January 9, 2010 to February 2010. The Chongqing police forced him to move into apremises located in the Jiangbei District of Chonagqing City, to sign an agreement to rent the premises, to issue a declaration of his unwillingness to testify in the Li Zhuang...
